Payment and Fees

  • Fees for dental services will be discussed during your consultation. Before commencing any treatment, a printed treatment plan outlining costs will be provided.

  • Payment for services is required on the day of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • HICAPS (for on-the-spot health insurance claims)

    • EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express (no surcharge)

    • Cash and cheque

Health Fund and Government Schemes

  • Clare Valley Family Dental accepts all private health funds. Patients must confirm their eligibility with their provider.

  • We offer gap-free (bulk-billed) services for eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

  • We proudly provide services for Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) Gold Card holders.
